Strategic realignment of the company's top management
Due to the continuous expansion of SAMONT GmbH and the dynamic changes in our market environment, we are placing the company's management on a broader footing. The management team previously represented by Jasmin Sarkinović will be supplemented by Ervin Sarkinović and Muamer Dacic with immediate effect.
In this newly formed management structure, we are combining the tried and tested with the new in order to lead SAMONT GmbH powerfully and clearly into the next phase of the company. Jasmin Sarkinović will continue to guarantee entrepreneurial continuity and preserve our identity. The newly appointed managing directors will also bring essential areas of expertise to the top decision-making level:
- Ervin Sarkinović has played a key role in shaping the quality and reliability of our technical services since the company was founded. He will continue to develop this area, consolidate our quality promise to our customers and provide new technological impetus.
- Muamer Dacic, on the other hand, acts as the architect of our future. He brings his many years of experience in management consulting to our company and is responsible for the holistic, sustainable transformation of SAMONT GmbH. With a clear vision, he is driving forward digitalisation and steering the gradual expansion of our service portfolio in order to position the company as resilient and innovative in the market.
The realignment of our management team has a direct impact on our market activities.
